Typhoon Rolly approaching PH, increasing strength, before landfall - PAGASA

The typhoon in the eastern Philippines has maintained its strength in recent hours. But according to Pagasa, it could be even stronger before the expected landfall in Southern Luzon this coming weekend.
 

The typhoon in the eastern Philippines has maintained its strength in recent hours.  But according to Pagasa, it could be even stronger before the expected landfall in Southern Luzon this coming weekend.


Around 4 p.m. when the said tropical depression was found 2,125 kilometers east of Central Luzon.


It is blowing at speeds of up to 55 kilometers per hour and moving in a northeasterly direction at a speed of 15 kilometers per hour.

"Typhoon Rolly will move northwestward or west-northwestward today through Thursday, then southwestward by Friday towards Bicol Region-Eastern Visayas area," PAGASA said.

On the forecast track, it may enter the Philippine Area of ​​Responsibility (PAR) Wednesday evening or Thursday.

House Approves Marcos Day (September 11) in Ilocos Norte

President Ferdinand Marcos The House of Representatives has approved in the third and final reading the law declaring September 11 as a special non-working holiday in the province of Ilocos Norte in commemoration of the birthday of former President Ferdinand Marcos. Nancy   While Momoland's Nancy is being damaged by illegally manipulated photos, the agency has taken a tough response. Nancy's agency, MLD Entertainment, said in an official statement,  “Recently, illegally manipulated photos related to our artist Nancy are being distributed online and on social media. "We will take a strong legal action against anyone who distributes it," it said. According to reports, a staff member took a photo of Nancy while she was undressing.  The incident happened in 2019 when Nancy attended the ‘2019 Asia Artist Awards in Vietnam,’ wherein she was the MC.  The said photo leaked online.
