Fifty Fifty  The K-pop girl group FIFTY FIFTY is currently embroiled in a legal battle with their agency, Attrakt. The dispute began when all four members of the group - Saena, Keena, Aran, and Sio - filed a lawsuit to suspend their exclusive contracts with the agency on June 19, 2023. The trial is currently underway at the Seoul Central District Court.  The members, represented by the South Korean law firm BARUN, have accused Attrakt of violating contract terms and destroying the trust-based relationship between them. They allege that the agency has failed to fulfill contractual obligations, including non-transparent financial settlements and enforcing scheduled activities despite the members' poor health conditions. Furthermore, they claim that Attrakt disclosed details about member Aran's surgery without her consent.  In response to these allegations, Attrakt has accused an external third party, identified as Warner Music Korea, of attempting to poach the group members.
