Party's Over: Will Smith Banned from Oscars for 10 Years for Slapping Chris Rock at Oscars

Hollywood actor Will Smith has been banned from attending any Oscar ceremony for the next decade.  The Oscar winner slapped Chris Rock for making a joke about his wife and her alopecia. Smith proceeded to walk up to the stage, slap Chris Rock, and then yelled at him to keep his wife's name out of his mouth after returning to his seat. And after a night of celebrations Smith also apologized on social media to Chris Rock and all the viewers saying violence in all of its forms is poisonous and destructive, and resigned from The Academy. Smith gets to keep Best Actor Award trophy for 'King Richard' collected in the moment after the slap but wont be welcome to collect another one until 2032. The slap stunned and divided Hollywood.  What should have been a celebration of so many artists and moments overshadowed, the academy says, "by Will Smith's unacceptable and harmful behavior on stage." The academy announced a formal review which was initially set for April 18th
