  Typhoon "Rolly" is expected to bring heavy rains and winds, and it will first be felt in the Bicol Region on Saturday night. According to the severe weather bulletin of Pagasa at 11 a.m., the typhoon was spotted 480 kilometers northeast of Virac, Catanduanes. On Sunday, it is expected to rain more heavily in Bicol Region, Aurora, Quezon and even in Cagayan Valley. Typhoon Rolly has wind speeds of 215 kilometers per hour near the eye of the storm, while its gusts reach 265 kph, and is moving west at a speed of 20 kph. Due to the strong storm, it is possible that up to signal number 4 will be declared in the areas that Rolly will pass through. In Metro Manila, Rolly's wind could reach 100 kph on Sunday night and that signal number 3 could be declared in the area.
