BTS with President Joe Biden BTS met with U.S. President Joe Biden to address efforts to stop Anti-Asian Hate crimes on Tuesday. The White House has said the president and BTS members discussed "Asian inclusion and representation," as well as using BTS' platform as youth ambassador to "spread a message of hope and positivity across the world." Hundreds of ARMY's gathered outside the White House to catch a glimpse of BTS and the briefing room was packed with what many White House correspondents said was the largest number of journalists seen in years. The White House spokesperson insisted that BTS' visit to the White House itself will send a strong message across the country.

Investigators spoke to nearly 180 people during their five-month investigation including a state trooper assigned to protect the governor. The U.S. lauched air-strikes against Iran backed militias in Syria and Iraq. Three 'operational and weapons storage facilities' were targeted, according to the U.S. military. Washington said the militias had recently conducted drone attacks on U.S. forces in Iraq. The 'defensive' strikes were directed by President Joe Biden, the Pentagon said. The military action was the 2nd time Biden  has ordered the use of force in the region. Secretary of State  Anthony Blinken said it showed Biden is 'prepared' to protect US personnel. The Iraqi government called the move an unacceptable violation of its sovereignty. The Iran-backed militias vowed revenge.
