Election day in the United States has finally arrived, and 100 million people have already voted by mail or in person.
Millions more were due to vote in person Tuesday, and the winner between Republican President Donald Trump and Democratic candidate Joe Biden may not be known until late at night.
But the contest to achieve a majority of 270 electoral votes, obtained by winning the popular vote in each state, has been so close that knowing the winner could require a wait until Wednesday or even longer, and lead to legal battles over the count of votes.
The numbers begin to come in after voting centers close at 6:00 p.m. EDT in two states, increasing as closing times are observed in more states.
And while all eyes are on Trump and Biden, there is one other person who will appear on the ballot in some states. It's about rapper Kanye West.
Through his social networks he was happy because for the first time he will vote to elect the president of the United States. And he will do it for someone he does trust ... himself.
God is so good. Today I will vote for the first time to elect the president of the United States, and I will do it for someone I really trust ... me, "he wrote on his Twitter account.
After its publication, more than good wishes it received mockery from its followers.
For her part, Kim boasted on social networks that she already cast her vote, although she did not specify if she did so for her husband.
