'True Beauty' poster and teaser released: Jugyeong Lim, Suho Lee from webtoon to Kdrama

It is a romantic comedy about a high school girl Im Ju-gyeong (Moon Ga-young), who rises to pretty girl fame after she masters the art of make-up from YouTube. She turns into a goddess because of her makeup skills, but would rather die than reveal her bare face to anyone. It tells her love story with the only boy that saw her without makeup, Lee Su-ho (Cha Eun-woo).

True Beauty is based on a webtoon of the same name, this series tells how a high-school girl having inferiority complex regarding her appearance and a high-school boy with a dark past grow when they meet each other.

Synopsis

"True Beauty" is set to premiere on tvN in December 2020 and will be available for worldwide streaming through Rakuten VIKI.

House Approves Marcos Day (September 11) in Ilocos Norte

President Ferdinand Marcos The House of Representatives has approved in the third and final reading the law declaring September 11 as a special non-working holiday in the province of Ilocos Norte in commemoration of the birthday of former President Ferdinand Marcos. Momoland's Nancy becomes victim of voyeurs, illegally manipulated photos leaked online, Agency to sue

Nancy   While Momoland's Nancy is being damaged by illegally manipulated photos, the agency has taken a tough response. Nancy's agency, MLD Entertainment, said in an official statement,  “Recently, illegally manipulated photos related to our artist Nancy are being distributed online and on social media. "We will take a strong legal action against anyone who distributes it," it said. According to reports, a staff member took a photo of Nancy while she was undressing.  The incident happened in 2019 when Nancy attended the ‘2019 Asia Artist Awards in Vietnam,’ wherein she was the MC.  The said photo leaked online.
