Jennie and G-Dragon dating: Dispatch released photos of alleged romantic dates

Dispatch has reported earlier this morning (Feb 24), that Blackpink’s Jennie and BIGBANG’s G-Dragon are dating and that they’ve been seeing each other for a year.

The report added that Jennie, 25, and G-Dragon, 32, often had their dates at G-Dragon's luxury penthouse apartment located in the neighbourhood of Hannam in Seoul.

G-Dragon's penthouse is said to have an independent parking system and a private elevator that goes straight to his apartment.  

Dispatch article also claimed that Jennie registered her Carnival in GD’s villa so she had a easy pass to the private parking lot. Then she directly used the penthouse elevator.

The pair’s relationship is reportedly an open secret within their agency, YG Entertainment. Jennie would visit G-Dragon after Blackpink's schedule, with either her own manager or his manager giving her a ride.

Responding to the article, YG Entertainment released the following statement: 

"We cannot confirm anything about our artists’ personal lives. We ask for your understanding."

Dispatch quoted a source in their story, who belong to the same management agency, who said that Jennie’s mother is aware of her relationship and is thankful,

"A lot of people in YG noticed their relationship. Jennie's mother is also aware of it, and she is thankful to him for his thoughtful care."

Jennie appeared as a main female character in G-Dragon's solo album <One of a Kind>“That XX” music video in 2012 before she debuted with Blackpink.
