BLACKPINK Rosé to perform solo on 'The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon' | Releases two ‘On The Ground’ teaser

BLACKPINK Rosé will be performing on NBC's "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" on March 16 to showcase “On The Ground,” the lead track of her debut solo album “R.”  

"R," is set for release on Friday, March 12.  This album will also contain the B-side single "Gone." 

Rosé has already appeared on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” as a member of girl group BLACKPINK.  This time Rosé will be performing solo, becoming the very first K-pop solo artist to perform on the said American late-night talk show.

The BLACKPINK vocalist released the first MV teaser for “On The Ground” on March 8. In the 15-second teaser, Rosé sits in the back of a car while wearing a purple gown. 

On March 9, the BLACKPINK member has dropped the second MV teaser for “On The Ground.  The second music video teaser is 17 seconds long and opens in black and white with Rosé standing on the steps of a movie theater.
