Beyonce is now the female singer who won the most Grammy awards. Meanwhile, "country music princess" Taylor Swift surpassed many candidates in the same category to win the "Album of the year" award at the 2021 Grammy Awards in Los Angeles - USA on March 15.
Beyonce was named winner in the category for "Best rap song" with the song "Savage" Remix with Megan Thee Stallion. Beyonce wore a sexy black dress, beaming on stage to receive the award.
With the Grammy trophy "Best rap song", Beyonce was equal to the number of trophies achieved by female singer Alison Kraus, a total of 27 pieces. Alison Kraus holds the record for the female artist with the most Grammy trophies in the history of the award.
Following that, Beyonce was named winner for the category "Best R&B song" with "Black parade," receiving another Grammy trophy. She officially made history at Grammy 2021, becoming the female singer with the most Grammy trophies. She is currently second only to male artist Georg Solti, who is British Hungarian-born British conductor and pianist. Georg Solti currently owns 31 Grammy trophies out of a total of 78 Grammy nominations for him.
Beyonce's daughter, Blue Ivy, also became the youngest singer to win Grammy thanks to her voice contribution in the song "Brown skin girl". "Brown skin girl" won the category for "Best Music Video."

Taylor Swift won the "Album of the year" category thanks to her album "Folklore." She also set her own record as the first artist to have three album to win the Grammy "Album of the Year" category. She won this category in 2016 and 2010.
