She is Zhang Jing, a senior translator in China's Translation Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Zhang Jing graduated from China Foreign Affairs University and joined the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 2007. 

In 2013, Zhang Jing made her first appearance at the National Congress of the People's Republic of China. She was wearing a black professional uniform at the time, with a cold and serious expression.
